More info on the Park

Garden State Parkway (Best way from North & West):
 
Parkway to Exit 145 (Interstate 280).

Take 280 East to the Harrison/Newark exit (exit 16).

Proceed to the 2nd light (Harrison Ave) and make a left.

Go through 3 lights and at the 4th light make a right onto Frank E. Rodgers Blvd South.

Follow that until you cross river over bridge (Jackson St. Bridge) into Newark.

At the first light (Market St.) make a left and proceed through one light.

The park is shortly on your left hand side and parking is along the park on the street.

New Jersey Turnpike (Best way from South & East):

Turnpike to Exit 15E to Jersey City/Newark.

Keep left onto US Rt 1 & 9 South toward Raymond Blvd.

Keep right towards Raymond Blvd.

Stay on Raymond into Newark until Van Buren St.

Look for river on right, Riverbank Park on left.

Van Buren is first left after you see park on your left.

Make left onto Van Buren, then first left onto Market St.

Look for parking on street in front of park.

From Route 3:

Take Route 3 to Route 21 South into Newark.

Pass Riverfront Stadium on your right (where the Newark Bears play).

Keep going and make a left onto Raymond Blvd.

Take Raymond about a mile (turns into Market eventually) and the field is on the left.
