Dave currently lives in Cranbury, NJ...The slick-fielding Micallef began his baseball career at 2B before switching to 3B, and then finally settling in at SS, where he will see leadership action for the Jersey Barons... Along with Manager Phil Barone, Dave is an original member of the inaugural Barons Club of 2002...Micallef usually sits at the top of the lineup and is an on-base machine, consistently up with the league leaders in On-Base Percentage and Hit-By-Pitches...Dave graduated from Columbia High in 1997, where he was a member of the Cougars for the 4 years he was there...While at Brown he participated with the Brown Club baseball team from '98-'02...Micallef has been a member of the MSM Baseball Leagues of NJ since 2002, basically playing Year round...Dave is very active with the league, and is an integral piece for recruiting players for the league as well as assisting in the development of new teams...Dave is an avid New York Mets and baseball fan in general, enjoys many other sports, movies, & science fiction...Dave is currently a Graduate Assistant, as well as the Assistant Manager for the Jersey Barons Baseball Club.
